Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using PNGKid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Information you provide must not be deliberately false, misleading or used to impersonate another person.

3. Uploading content

You must only upload content that you have the legal right to upload and make available through PNGKid. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

By uploading content, you grant PNGKid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, convert, display, organise and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the PNGKid service. You retain any rights you already hold in your content.

4. Downloaded images and licences

The fact that an image is displayed or downloadable on PNGKid does not by itself mean that the image is free of copyright or cleared for every use.

Before using an image, you are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights, permission or licence for your intended use. PNGKid does not grant rights owned by third parties unless a specific licence is expressly stated for that image.

5. Prohibited use

You must not:

• use PNGKid for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• upload malicious files, malware or content intended to compromise the service;
• attempt to bypass access controls, security measures or rate limits;
• misrepresent ownership or licensing of content;
• use automated access in a way that materially disrupts or overloads PNGKid;
• use PNGKid to violate another person's legal rights.

6. Moderation and removal

We may review, restrict, reject, remove or disable content or accounts when reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to complaints, comply with law, protect users or enforce these Terms.

7. Availability

PNGKid is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. No guarantee of rights or accuracy

We do not guarantee that every description, category, tag, source, ownership statement or other item of metadata is complete or accurate. You should independently verify information that is important to your use.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNGKid is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on user-submitted or third-party content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply from their effective date.
